Feza Penfold Hullinger

Feza Gwen Penfold Hullinger, 94, of Dry Fork Canyon, Utah passed away on December 26, 2017 at her daughter, Faye Phillip’s home. Faye has been caring for her for several years. She was born in Deep Creek, Utah on December 21, 1923 to Walter Eugene Penfold and Charlene Longacre. She married the love of her life William Lester Hullinger December 21, 1940 in Vernal, Utah. They were later sealed in the Provo Utah Temple December 17, 1977.

Feza was a hard worker being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was always concerned about her husband and her family. She served in numerous callings in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Feza had 8 children: Nellie Gwen (Alex L.) Barney Randlett, Utah, Carol Jean (Doyle Jay) Eaton (both deceased), Dorothy Lorraine (Dennis) Slaugh Dry Fork Canyon, Utah, Faye Ann (Jesse Phillips, deceased) Dry Fork Canyon, Utah, Kenneth Lester Hullinger (Jane) Vernal, Utah, Donald Lynn Hullinger (Bridget) Dry Fork, Utah, Eugene Ray Hullinger (Marg) Manila, Utah, and William Dale “Bill” Hullinger (Glenda) Vernal, Utah.

Her siblings are; Ruby Alice Penfold Justice (deceased), Vona Mae Penfold Walker (Ballard, Utah), Chauncey Penfold (Louisiana), Lola Maude Penfold Clark (Roosevelt, Utah). Edith Rose Penfold Anderson (Coleman, Oklahoma), Lyle Penfold (deceased) and Everett Penfold (Laverne Clark) of Auburn, Washington.

Feza has 45 grandchildren, 96 great grandchildren, and 31 great-great grandchildren.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, her loving husband Lester, her beautiful daughter Carol Jean Eaton, sons-in-law Doyle Eaton, and Jesse Phillips, granddaughter’s Cindy Rae Barney and June Barney, a grandson Robyn W. Barney, a great grandson Lance Clint Barney, her sister Ruby Justice, her brother Lyle Penfold, and her brothers-in-law: Weston Justice, Alan Dale Walker, Jay Clark and Ray Anderson

Mom you are going to be dearly missed. We love you. Till we meet again at Jesus feet.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 29, 2017 at 11AM at the Rock Point LDS Chapel (2575 North 1500 West). A viewing for family and friends will be held Friday 9:00-10:45AM at the Chapel. Interment will be in the Roosevelt City Cemetery under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
