Patricia Ann Bowen

Patricia Ann Bowen was born on October 11, 1942 in Bokchito, Oklahoma. The daughter of James Calvin Bracket and Dora Estella Sparks. She grew up in Bennington, Oklahoma on the family farm. She was the youngest of thirteen children. Siblings are: Leroy Brackett, Ray Brackett, Gladys Jones, Beulah May Burgess, George E. Brackett, Alameda (Minnie) Brackett, JC Brackett Jr., JT Brackett, Dorothy Nay, Betty Jo Trammell, Bernice Terrell, and Geraldine Bacon. She married Charles Henry Bowen on August 15, 1958 in Durant, Oklahoma and they divorced in 1975. Patricia worked as a dispatcher for over 30 years for Schlumberger. She lived in Midland, Texas; Libya, Africa; Alice, Texas; Vernal, Utah; Rock Springs, Wyoming; and Queen Creek, Arizona. Survivors include her children Anna Louise LeFevre and husband Jed of Vernal, Utah. Charles Douglas Bowen and wife Linda of Gilbert, Arizona and Melissa Jo Jenkins of Ashland, Illinois. She has 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Stella Marie Ellis in 2014 and granddaughter Angie Capps in 2015.

Services were held in Arizona. Interment will be held Saturday, April 29, 2017 in the Rockpoint Cemetery at 1 P.M. for family members.
