Brent D. Pitt
Brent D. Pitt, age 64, passed away on December 22, 2016 in Vernal, Utah. Brent was born on June 30, 1952 to Don Melvin Pitt and Belle Pitt in Vernal, Utah. Brent married Alanea Pitt on February 16, 1989 in Vernal, Utah. Beloved Friend, Father, and Husband, Brent D. Pitt had a passion and love for hunting and the great outdoors. His interests also included cooking and reloading ammo. A Vernal native, he spent much of his time outside. Brent shared many adventures with his friends and family, and always had great stories to tell. Always a straight shooter, Brent, made sure you knew where you stood with him. Brent’s hard work and dedication was always conducted for his family, but most importantly for his wife and best buddy Alanea. Brent insured both his boys knew the power of working hard, and loving as hard as they worked. He will truly be missed. The family is requesting any donations be taken to Ashley Valley Funeral Home to assist with services. Brent is survived by his wife: Alanea Pitt and two sons: Don Pitt and Patrick Pitt. He is preceded in death by: his father and mother Don and Bell Pitt. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 11AM at the Maeser 3rd Ward LDS Chapel (2575 North 1500 West). A viewing will be held Tuesday from 9:30-10:30AM at the chapel. Interment will be in the Rockpoint Cemetery under the direction of the Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
