Angela Moritzky Capps
On the evening of August 17, 2016, Angie Capps passed away in her home while sleeping. She was born here in Vernal’s Ashley Regional Medical Center on October 7, 1974. Her father was David Moritzky and her mother was Stella Marie Bowen. She grew up with her step-father Aaron Pace where they loved in Neola, Utah. She later moved with her mother Marie to Vernal at the age of 14. She met the love of her life and best friend, Taz Capps. She also met Junita Capps and Marvin Sr. Capps who always seemed like parents to her, and their son Marvin Jr. Capps was like a brother to her. Angie and Taz were married on May 10, 1992 in Vernal, Utah. They then had their children Dauhson Dean Capps, Donavohn Dayce Capps, and Abigale Grace Junita Capps. She was a wonderful mother and wife. She always put her children first. She loved to go hunting, fishing, and camping. She had a smile that would brighten up the room and always gave the best advice to her children. She put her family first and will never be forgotten. She will always be in our hearts.
Angie is survived by: Taz Capps, husband; Dauhson Dean Capps, son; Donavohn Dayce Capps, son; Abigale Grace Junita Capps, daughter; Chance Pace, brother; Kreg Shackelford, brother; and Kane Shackelford, brother.
Angie was proceeded in death by: Stella Marie Bowen, mother and David Moritzky, father.
Graveside services will be held Monday, August 22, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Vernal Memorial Park under the direction of Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
